YOU ARE
NORMAL.

ARE YOU FEELING NUMB? ALONE? NOT YOURSELF?

If you’ve been carrying a heavy weight—often described as feeling ‘off’ or ‘numb’—you’re not broken. You’re human. Many of us have felt the same anger that flares, the thoughts that won’t stop, the sense of isolation or inability to feel. We’ve wondered if we’d ever feel okay again. At Warriors’ Ascent, you’ll meet others who’ve been there, and are asking the same questions. You’ll also meet graduates who are not just surviving, but thriving—and are now feeling like their best selves. Expect to be surprised, because that’s a feeling you can count on here. You’ll learn tools to calm the chaos, restore purpose, and reconnect with the people and life you care about most.

WHAT TO EXPECT

It’s alright if you don’t feel like the program will help. Here’s what program graduates say you can expect at every step of your journey, from application to graduation.

BEFORE THE COHORT STARTS

Expect to have a million ‘responsible’ reasons to cancel your attendance.

From “I’m doing better” to “my family needs me” to “I don’t want to take somebody else’s spot”—it’s normal to want to back out. Even when you’re pulling up for Day 1.

Expect to arrive angry, scared, or both.

It’s common to feel foolish, vulnerable or like this experience “will never work” for you. You might feel like you should never have ended up needing help, or that it’s weird to think you need it.

DURING THE COHORT

Expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone.

Expect to surprise yourself by dinner on Wednesday.

You’ll do hard things all week, but you’ll be doing them with other people with similar doubts or fears. This is real work—and by Wednesday, the work starts to pay off.

AFTER GRADUATION

Expect a shift—like you’ve just had a reset.

This program is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about discovering tools that drastically change your daily life, which then changes your whole life, including your relationships. Its like riding a bike—you’ll know you’re going somewhere—and you’ll want to keep going once you leave.

Expect results & consistent work to stay intertwined. You can’t have one without the other.

You’re feeling different because you’re living different. Stay in touch with the right people, do the right things, and you’ll keep growing in the right direction.
