If you’re a graduate of the Warriors’ Ascent program, you know how dramatically life can shift for the better after those five days. One of the important elements of that week of “what right looks like” is our very special mentors! Because of mentors, that voice of hope and validation is always close by, offering the next step towards post-traumatic growth.
Are you a WA graduate? Apply to be a mentor in one of our upcoming programs! You might just change someone’s life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It’s alright if you don’t feel like you’ve got it all figured out yet—because you never “arrive”. But you are always going to be further along in your journey than a new participant is on Day One of their cohort. You can be a reason they get the most out of their experience.

We like to refer to our mentors as “exemplars of what right looks like” in terms of applying the tools and concepts they learned with us to improve their lives. We don’t expect perfection. We are looking for people who can listen actively, hold space, and share with others how they applied the Warriors’ Ascent Program to improve their lives.

It’s not rocket science. You just need to be there for your fellow graduates. No one has figured it all out yet, and you don’t need to either.
